At Art Of Onyx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return for a full refund or an exchange within 10 days of delivery.
  • Faulty or defective items must be reported within this 10-day window to be eligible.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us first. Please do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may be refused.

Address-Related Returns

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds are not available for these returns.
  • Reshipping will occur only after the correct address has been confirmed.
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and customers are responsible for all reshipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized art orders are non-refundable. These pieces are uniquely created for each customer, and once approved and shipped, they cannot be changed.
  • Clearance or discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Process a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.
