All U.S. orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $100. You can see our full shipping policy here: Shipping Policy
Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey. Keep in mind that because of the size of some of our prints, you may recieve multiple packages and therefore will recieve multiple tracking numbers.
Please double-check your address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be reshipped at your expense once the correct address is confirmed. Refunds are not available for address-related issues.
If your order is damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damage to process a return or exchange. Remember, custom artwork and clearance items are non-refundable.
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping durations and costs will be calculated at checkout. Keep in mind that shipping times may vary and customs fees may apply once the package reaches the destination country. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.
We do not ship to PO boxes. We can only ship to physical addresses.

Due to the nature of our custom orders and the fact that they are made especially for you and you only, they are not returnable. Custom orders will only be shipped after we recieve your approval oon the final design. However, we are more than happy to offer a redo in exchange if you are not pleased with your custom order.

Add the product(s) you want to order in to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click the shopping bag icon in the top right of the page and click the "Checkout" button.
Orders can be cancelled within the first 30 minutes after checkout only as long as fullfilment hasn't begun. Please have your order number ready and Contact Us immediately. We are unable to process cancellations for orders after 30 minutes or if fullfilment has already started. Please see our Returns Policy or contact us for an alternate option.
Yes! We offer both standard prints and fully customized artwork. You can view custom order options fromt he Wall Art menu at the top of the page. Please note that customized pieces are non-refundable once approved and shipped.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and monthly installments through Shop Pay and Affirm.

We strive for accurate image representation. However in some cases,
colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen. This is due to differences in monitor settings, brightness, and display calibration across devices. If you are not satisfied with the colors of your print, please initiate a return within 10 days as detailed by our Return Policy.
Gift cards that are purchased from our website do not have an expiration date. Gift cards that are issued by Art Of Onyx staff as store credit will expire after 90 days.
No. Gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged under any circumstances.
Gift cards cannot be applied to past orders under any circumstances. If you place an order and want to use a gift card, please be sure to apply your giftcard at checkout as we will not be able to apply it for you once the order is placed.
Please be sure to save your giftcard email as that will provide all info about the card, including the redemption code and instructions on how to use it. If you have deleted or misplaced your giftcard email and/or code, please contact us for assistance.
You can check your gift card balance by clicking the link in the gift card email that you recieved. You can also contact us to get your gift card balance.
